Please consider supporting Australian User Groups, Wayne has been Leader of the Sydney SBS User Group and the main catalyst for me to start the Canberra SBS User Group which became this group, so without Wayne’s support we would not have the Canberra Windows (Infrastructure) User Group.
The event is not just SBS but includes a soft skills / business track too.
Hi Team,
Some of you will know about the conference event Wayne Small is planning for Sydney later this year. He’s just started the announcements via the press and the following went out this week. http://www.arnnet.com.au/index.php?id=1187835341&eid=-100 so far the press release explains a lot of what’s intended for the event. The conference event is planned for November 23/24th this year.
He’s opening registrations later this week. At that time the pre-registration offer will close. There will be a normal early bird price of $745 AUD through to the end of July, but for those that have pre-registered, they will receive a special URL and discount code that will work until mid July and give them the conference at a special price of $595. It costs nothing to pre-register and only takes a few minutes to complete.
Wayne is not planning to offer any other discounts to user group members and this is being disseminated via the user groups only.

Will I see you here?? I think I'll take the opportunity to spend some time with BOTH ITE's and Jamie Sharp too, never get sick of ISA goodness with Jamie
Do we needed to think about Infrastructure Camp? Since there is Code Camp, SQL Down Under Camp.....
What would an Infrastructure camp have on the agenda? Well now I think of it a lot of the content on the Security Camp Program, UAC, Bitlocker, RODC and other Windows Server 2008 Security Goodness.
How about NAC and NAP interoperability, who's health validators will be cool? I know we don't like to say NAC and Security because it is policy based health not a "security" product but I think it does address concerns of security folk.
I think it is the Infrastructure teams who are mandated with building networks securely now so do we need Infrastructure Camp maybe not, I do want to see lots of Infrastructure folk in Wagga Wagga in October.
